FEES: Field rental
is $66 per hour, billed in half hour increments. Large events (tournaments, camps, etc...) have a different fee structure.

PAYMENTS: Payment is expected
prior to field usage. There will be a 1.5% fee charged monthly on all open balances.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If
the TFMG closes the facility for any reason (including inclement weather or field conditions), the organization renting the
field(s) will be granted equivalent field space within the same season, based on availability. The organization is expected
to use the online registration system within 48 hours for rescheduling. The link is located on the homepage of this
website. The same rescheduling procedure as above will apply to an unfinished game if it is cancelled by a certified
referee. There will be no refunds for unused field space.
